My Journey

What most people remember about me is that I speak many languages, work on most continents, and embark on meaningful adventures in inspiring locations.
Since 20 years, I have combined research and language justice with a mission to support marginalized peoples fighting for their rights, culminating in a PhD on food sovereignty.
As a scholar-activist, I was supporting movements fighting for a cause close to my heart: sustainable access to natural resources – land, forests, rivers, coastal waters, and seeds – for people's food sovereignty.
Over time, I bridged the battles for human rights and respect for natural resources, with a search to understand, experience and share human well-being and inner balance in harmony with nature.
As a researcher, writing about women fighting to enter forests for medicinal plants in Nepal and India overlaps with my personal interest in herbs, plants and food as my own medicine. As a trainer for Indigenous youth in language justice and political participation, I engage in debates that foster a deeper understanding of today's challenges.
I studied the representation of collective trauma and memory-making as part of my two Masters' dissertations. Yet it was experiencing first-hand women's age-old struggles against patriarchal oppression that opened my eyes to my own bumpy path of trauma and healing toward womanhood – and to my own 'self'.
I started dedicating my personal journey to exploring physical, mental and spiritual healing under the guidance of yoga teachers, Bhuddist meditation practitioners, Indian and Sri Lankan Ayurvedic doctors, South American Shamanic soul guides, light healers, and somatic trauma release therapists in Bali, Indonesia.
Restorative retreats and deep trainings further introduced me to the importance of nutrition, from juicing to holistic meal planning, to detox at the physical and mental levels.

As I started organically assisting in the organization of retreats and coordination of healing experiences, I completed courses in plant medicine and Ayurveda, and professionally transitioned to the world of 'well-being'.
Inspired by the Indigenous philosophy of 'good living' ('buen vivir'), today I curate healing retreats – with gratitude for the guardians of nature, and without forgetting the communities whose livelihoods depend on their connection to land, nature and spirit.
A journey of serving others for a fairer and more conscious world, whilst looking inwards at my own growth, led me to discover the real meaning of connecting: connecting to oneself, connecting to nature, connecting to others, connecting to source.

My Purpose
I am a firm believer that healthy, balanced, inspired and connected individuals can foster thriving global communities, and ultimately create a better more conscious world.

My purpose is to bridge personal healing with collective action, nurturing connections—to ourselves, our communities, nature, and a greater purpose.
I curate bespoke healing retreats and immersive experiences in locations known for their transformative energies, and provide growth guidance to all those healers giving back to the collective and to Mother Earth.
I also continue to offer specialized support as a researcher, facilitator, trainer, speaker, and multilingual interpreter—drawing from over two decades of experience accompanying Indigenous Peoples', farmers', and women's movements in their global struggles for justice, rights, and sustainability.

My intention is to support others on journeys that blend personal transformation with socio-environmental awareness, ultimately giving back to the guardians of our planet.
I work in 6 languages (English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian)

Together, we co-create meaningful change, one retreat, one dialogue, one shared experience at a time.
